Biography
For 25 years I have been coaching runners and skiers of all ages and fitness levels. I’m a former ski school director, certified ski instructor, licensed ski coach, track coach, cross country running coach and the owner/founder of WWW.SKIWALKING.COM and the American Nordic Walking System, headquartered in Glen Arbor, Michigan. I have had the wonderful opportunity to coach State Champions (individuals + teams), All-Americans and National Champions. During the last two years I have introduced Ski Walking to 1000’s of Americans through private Ski Walking lessons, Ski Walking clinics, radio interviews, newspaper interviews and TV interviews.
