Walking with special hiking poles (Nordic Walking Poles) is the fastest growing fitness activity in Europe and free Nordic Ski Walking Clinics are coming to Traverse City's Glen Eagle Retirement Community’s Annual Senior Wellness Expo. The Senior Wellness Expo is open to the public and there will be free Nordic Walking Clinics and free Nordic Walking pole demos. The Senior Wellness Expo runs from 9 am-12:30 pm on Wednesday, May 13th.
Participants will learn about the many benefits of walking with real Nordic Walking Poles.
