Can a Walking Workout Really Be as Good or Better than Running?

Great article about Nordic Ski Walking was posted at the Huffington Post! Malin is one of the top Nordic Walking professionals here in the USA.

My approach to teaching Nordic Walking is based on the benefits of Ski Walking with poles, Hill Bounding with poles and the European Nordic Walking method and merging the best of these activities with what I've learned from coaching runners and skiers for over 25 years.
